These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Tratok Hospitality Ecosystem, including our website, mobile app, and any related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, making a booking, or otherwise using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all users, including travelers, guests, and any other individuals using our platform.
2. Eligibility
To use our Services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

- Booking Process: When you book accommodations or other travel services through Tratok, you enter into a direct contract with the service provider (e.g., hotel, airline). Tratok acts as an intermediary to facilitate the booking.
- Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during the booking process is accurate and complete. Any errors or omissions may result in additional fees or cancellation of your booking.
- Confirmation: Upon successful booking, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your reservation. It is your responsibility to review this information for accuracy.
5. Payment Terms
- Payment Methods: We accept payment via Tratok (TRAT) utility tokens with the smart contract address: 0x35bC519E9fe5F04053079e8a0BF2a876D95D2B33. All payments are processed securely through our trusted partners via the blockchain.
- Pricing and Fees: All prices are listed in Tratok (TRAT) and include applicable taxes and fees unless otherwise stated. Additional charges may apply for extra services or amenities.
- Payment Authorization: By providing payment information, you authorize Tratok and its payment processors to charge your payment method for the total amount of your booking, including any applicable taxes and fees.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policies
- Cancellation by User: Cancellation policies vary by service provider and are outlined in the booking confirmation. You may be subject to cancellation fees or penalties depending on the timing of your cancellation.
- Cancellation by Service Provider: If a service provider cancels your booking, Tratok will notify you as soon as possible and provide options for rebooking or a full refund.
- Refunds: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with the service provider's policies and may take 30 business days to appear in your account.
7. User Responsibilities
As a user of Tratok's Services, you agree to:
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction and the jurisdiction of your travel destination.
- Respect the rights and privacy of other users, service providers, and third parties.
- Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe on the rights of others.
- Provide accurate and truthful information at all times.
- Not engage in any activity that could harm, disrupt, or interfere with the Services or our platform.

- Force Majeure: Tratok shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government actions.

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on our platform are the property of Tratok or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from our Services without our prior written consent.
11. Dispute Resolution

- Arbitration: If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of The British Virgin Islands, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
